Dove Creek Cafe in Roanoke

I met a friend for breakfast. It was the first time I had eaten there. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. The biscuits were phenomenal. Our server was very good too. I really enjoyed it and will be back.

Love this place! Always a toss up between this and old west cafe. Good old fashioned country breakfast. Can't beat it or the prices.

I had the Texas hash with chorizo and biscuits and gravy and it was delicious. The biscuits were light and fluffy and probably homemade. The gravy was really good. I enjoyed my breakfast and would recommend it very much.

The food was really good here. I had the texas hash with chorizo. It took a while to cook but it was worth it. Very filling and flavorful. Coffee was hot. They have massive biscuits. Simple dinner. We would eat here again if we are in the area

The Dove is a great little hometown restaurant. We stop everytime we are near Roanoke visiting family. The staff are the friendliest people, and everyone treats you like family. The food is simple, but very delicious!

Food was really tasty. Mac n cheese was delicious, onion rings yummy, chicken wrap super, and my hubby had chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. There was live music too. Service was good for having 2 servers with 2 large parties and several small tables. A Christian atmosphere. Most of those dining on Valentine's day were 45-70 years old.

Food's good and the service is nice. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

This, was a great breakfast. Everything cooked perfectly, sausage had amazing flavor, biscuits were big and fluffy. I'd certainly recommend anyone head here for some good ol fashioned southern home cooking

Food is average at best, service is slow and terrible. No customer service skills are seriously lacking. No thanks, way better options in the area.

Do you like perfectly cooked bacon? Meatloaf like Mama used to make. And down home service that would make any Texan proud? And you will love this friendly little mom-and-pop. Worth the drive out to Roanoke. Five stars or just not enough I give them six!

This place is awesome. The service and food was great. I wanted crispy bacon and hash browns. They came out perfect. The sourdough toast grilled was awesome also. The ultimate omelet had lots of sausage, bacon, ham, mushrooms, onion and cheese. Lisa was very friendly and good server. Would highly recommend.

I come here often. Most of the staff is friendly, some are boring and unpersonable. But the food is good and prices are mostly fair.

This place has never disappointed us. Your order is cooked fresh. The service is top notch. You can never go wrong visiting Dove Creek.
